This website is operated in connection with Qorexx, a venture currently in pre-formation, working towards incorporation in Gibraltar. References to "Qorexx," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to the individual(s) currently operating this website on behalf of that venture, pending formal incorporation.

This policy explains what information we collect when you join our waiting list, why we collect it, how it is stored, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

When you sign up to our waiting list, we collect:

• Your name, as provided in the signup form
• Your email address, as provided in the signup form

We do not collect any other personal information through this site. We do not use cookies or tracking technologies on this page beyond what is strictly necessary for it to function.

Why we collect it

We use your name and email address to:

• Notify you when early access to Qorexx becomes available
• Send occasional updates about our progress, including regulatory milestones and launch timing
• Understand the level of interest in Qorexx, including for the purpose of demonstrating demand to prospective investors and partners (in aggregate, non-identifying form only — for example, "X people have joined the waiting list")

We will not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How it is stored

Waiting list submissions are stored and managed using Brevo, a third-party email marketing and CRM platform. Brevo processes this data on our behalf in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

We retain waiting list information for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever is sooner.

Your rights
